Proration of Tuition Charges – English Language Institute

Full Session (ELI 1st Fall)

  • Registration through third calendar day of the session after classes start – Withdrawal fee only ($30.00)
  • Fourth calendar day through tenth calendar day after classes start – Cost of the remaining enrolled hours plus 25 percent of the dropped hours
  • Eleventh calendar day through fifteenth calendar day after classes start – Cost of the remaining enrolled hours plus 50 percent of the dropped hours
  • Sixteenth calendar day after classes start on – No adjustment to the original charge

Half Session (ELI 1st Fall)

  • Registration through third calendar day of the session after classes start – Withdrawal fee only ($30.00)
  • Fourth calendar day through fifth calendar day after classes start – Cost of the remaining enrolled hours plus 25 percent of the dropped hours
