Students who feel they have exceptional circumstances related to their current or past due University financial accounts may complete the Financial Resolution Request form. A review will be conducted based on the information provided in the form and a response will be issued by the appropriate University contact.
This form is not to be used to request more federal aid. Please reach out the Financial Aid at 205-348-6756 or financialaid@ua.edu if you are searching for more funds to pay your balance for a current or upcoming semester.
Only the student can submit a complaint and responses will be provided to the student via their crimson email.
