Access to student financial account Banner screens must be restricted to those who have a business need to access such data. That business need must include the administration of a need-based aid process.
Anyone wishing to request access should complete an Access Request form. This request will be reviewed by both Student Accounts and Financial Aid to determine if such access is warranted and can be granted.
If approved, the user will also be required to complete training annually on safeguarding sensitive data as required by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. This training must be completed prior to access being granted.
